I've changed the fuse, but it keeps blowing when I turn on the headlights. Has anyone else had this problem?

you have a short in the wiring or a bad bulb or socket most likely. do headlights work ? lastly check headlight switch.
yea i have had this problem with my 90 celica i have put a bigger size fuse depending on the fuse size so if its a 15 fuse i would put a 25 fuse. and if that doesnt work. hard wire it to a 12v toggle switch and i know that will work for a fact.
